Can I Get A Witness?! - 3 John

Ever heard the expression "Can I get a witness?"?!  But I often wonder are we more worried about GIVING or BEING a witness?!  3 John is the shortest NT epistle and yet gives us a gigantic glimpse into the early church, its people & its problems.  The letter is addressed to Gaius but John also discusses 2 other men - Diotrephes and Demetrius.  Each of us must honestly face the question - "Am I a good witness or a bad witness?"  In this message we consider these 3 men in the early church, note what kind of Christians they were and in the end challenge ourselves with the question am I giving or being a witness and what kind of witness am I being in my church?!
