The Meaning of Jesus' Baptism (Luke 3:21-22)

Have you ever asked yourself or wondered, "Why did Jesus have to be baptized?"  He was sinless, so certainly He had no reason to be baptized, right?  Yet, He submitted Himself to baptism, telling John the Baptist that indeed it was "fitting" that He be baptized.  In this message, our 11th in the series "Follow Me: A Walk Through Luke's Gospel," pastor Jimmy Hicks explains that Jesus was baptized for 3 reasons: To Identify, To Exemplify & To Sanctify.  Glory be to Jesus that He FULLY identified with sinful man to the point He willing submitted to baptism!!!
