Nostradamus has famously made many predictions, some of which have come true & some of which have not.  He has likewise made several for 2016.  Will any of these come true?  WHO KNOWS!!  One thing I can tell you with absolute certainty is 10 sure fire predictions for your life in 2016!  The 10 things I discuss in this message WILL come true in your life in 2016!!  Will you be prepared or caught unawares?!  I pray you keep this list near to you in 2016 along with the Scriptural references that you may walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called!

Woe to the Repentless - The Book of Amos, Week 9

Given some 40 years separated Israel from God's impending judgment at the hands of Assyrian invasion in 722 BC, Amos continues to preach in lament over the nation of Israel knowing there was still plenty of time for the people to repent.  To do so would require them to correct the fact that a dreadful gap existed between what came out of their lips & what was displayed in their lives!  Amos identified 3 categories of such folks - the Complacent, the Affluent, the Impudent - folks who still exist in our world today & who without repentance make themselves objects of God's wrath & judgment.  Do we recognize them?!  Are we them?!  Find out in this 9th message through the book of Amos.

My Daily Christmas Bible Jeopardy on FB this week has challenged Truth vs. Tradition and shown that our Christmas beliefs/traditions often don't match the Truth of Scripture.  The same can be said of our worship...we are often guided more by Tradition than the Truth of what Scripture says is WORSHIP!  As we watch the wise men worship the Lord, they reveal certain characteristics of worship that should be true of our own worship!  Their worship was, Biblical Worship is, intentional, volitional, personal, confrontational, emotional, effectual, relational & sacrificial!!!

Unwrapping Christmas, Week 1 - The Genealogy of Jesus Christ

What do you think of the whole Starbucks Red Cup controversy? Is the challenge, as Joshua Feuerstein (TV & radio evangelist) has issued, to get Starbucks to write "Merry Christmas" on our coffee cups? Or is the TRUE challenge to unwrap the truths of what Scripture teaches us about Christmas and write them on our hearts?! Over the next 3 weeks, we will Unwrap Christmas by exploring the truths in Matthew 1-2...first up, The Genealogy of Jesus Christ!  While many may think a genealogy is a tedious, boring, waste of space way to start a book, Dr. McGee has called Matthew's Genealogy "In many respects THE most important document in the Scriptures. The entire Bible rests upon its accuracy." It's Jesus' "resume of salvation history"!  in this first message of a 3 part series, we examine The Lord's Family Tree and the Blossoms, Blessings & Beauty we find there upon!!!

Unity Service - November 22nd

This is the recording from our Unity Service we have every 2 months with Pastor Rod Hickman's church, Redeeming the Time Gospel Ministry COGIC.  Pastor Rod gave us words of exhortation from 1 Thess. 5:18 and challenged us to Give Thanks in All Circumstances.  I, myself, gave us words of exhortation from Philippians 1:1-11 and challenged us to Give Thanks to God for our Blessed Relationships in that We Share A Common Birth, A Common Burden, A Common Blessing & A Common Business!
